Need a Hotel Room?

My parents have pretty much told me that there is no way they will be able to make the trip to Coeur d'Alene in June.

I reserved 2 hotel rooms for 6/19-6/24 at the Guesthouse Coeur d'Alene. Not my first choice hotel, but there was nothing left when I was looking last year. The price is about $100-$115 per night.

All of the hotels are booked for the Ironman, so if you or your family still need a place to stay let me know. I will be cancelling the hotel room unless someone needs a place to stay.

Local Bike Shop Recommendation

For those who are considering shipping their bikes to a local bike shop for set up in preparation for IM CDA I suggest you consider CycleMetrics. The proprietor is Jim Kozak and his email is cyclemetrix@aol.com. His phone is 208-755-6324.

Jim is a very nice, extremely knowledgeable bike expert, his shop is on the IM CDA bike course and is a short ride from the CDA Resort. He usually sets up some pro bikes with the same services that you maybe looking for.

He will treat you right.

So what is the scoop on team apparel on the curb? I don't mind putting something together... has anyone else been working on it? Di? have you been on this?

Also, Krista - I still haven't sent you a check for the deposit on the room - am I settling up when I get there or would you like me to pitch in now? The house was rented by either you or Melisa, as I recall... (?)
